WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We want to make sure that you feel confident to buy second-hand pieces online, and we know that sometimes means you need to see them and try them on to be sure!

 

How to return items: Returns can be organised within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return details, and you will need to arrange the return at your own cost (whether via postage or local drop off). Once the items are returned we will check that they are still in 'Wardrobe-Worthy' condition, and then will arrange a refund ASAP of the items cost (we do not refund delivery costs). 

How to return the items after the 48 hours:  at any time you can 'contribute' the item back into the wardrobe and you will receive a $2 thankyou coupon. Check out our 'How to contribute' page to learn more.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

There are 4 options for delivery:

1. FREE CLICK & COLLECT

- orders will be ready within 1 business day, and our collection point is in Shepparton, Victoria. We will provide the address and arrange the collection details once your order is ready to pick up. 
2. $5 LOCAL DELIVERY

- for customers within the Shepparton area we can deliver your item to your front door.
For orders placed before Thursday 5pm, deliveries are made the following Friday.
3. $12.95 PARCEL POST

- if you live outside of the local area or would like your order posted then we can send your items through AusPost. All parcels will be sent regular post with tracking.
4. $17.95 EXPRESS POST

- if you would like your order ASAP then we can send your item express through Australia Post.
