Simply contact our team through our 'Contact' page, or by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. We will then provide you with the details for contributing (we make it as easy as possible!). ​We have Aus-Wide posting options, as well as a local drop off option available. ​If you have any questions about the process please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

From whereever you are across Aus, you can post your items to us (whenever and however suits you best) and we will add the cost of the postage to your thankyou coupon! We also have a residential address that we use as a local drop off point, that allows you to drop items to us any day/time that suits you best (even weekends and after hours). ​Simply send us a message to organise the details.

A 'wardrobe-worthy' piece is in like-new condition, with brand/size/care tags attached. We ask that all items are washed before being contributed. ​We won't accept items that are torn, dirty, stained, stretched, have pet-hair, have obvious signs of wear, or did not cost $10 when they were purchased new. ​The rule of thumb is to ask yourself 'would I buy this?' and 'did this cost more than $10 when I bought it?'. If either answer is no then it probably won't be accepted.

We are currently accepting 'Mens' & 'Womens' outerwear adult clothing items. We do not accept: children's clothes, swimwear, underwear, socks, sleepwear, shoes or accessories.

When you contribute clothes to us, any items that aren't 'wardrobe-worthy' will be donated or recycled. We will take care of this for you unless you request otherwise. ​We cannot return your items to you. Once they are received by us it is our discretion to accept or not accept items in accordance with our 'wardrobe worthy' conditions, and any unused items will be donated/recycled on within 24 hours of sorting and will be unable to be returned to you without prior request.

Your coupon will be emailed to you the following Friday after your items arrive, and the coupon acts as a store credit that you can use to buy 'new' items from our online store! ​Your coupon can only be used to purchase clothing, and can not be used to pay for delivery. (Also please note that using your coupon will reduce your order spend amount, which may cause your order total to drop below the 'Free Delivery' threshold which will cause a delivery fee to be charged) Each coupon has a 2-year expiry. Coupons that expire are then added to our donations tally.

After we collect/receive your contributed items we will check that they are 'wardrobe-worthy'. We sort all items from the week on a Friday. Once we have gone through them we will contact you and let you know how much your coupon is for (eg: 5 items = $10 coupon) and when it is ready to use. You will receive your coupon details by email.

We all have items in our wardrobe that we don't/can't wear anymore but that we don't want to give away or to sell, and so they end up taking up space or being thrown away. The GV Wardrobe offers another option, to pass your beautiful items on for someone else to fall in love with, and to receive a small thankyou to spend on new items for yourself. ​The GV Wardrobe offers a new way of buying clothes: For fashion, and for the planet.

Absolutely. We encourage everyone to keep and use their coupons because we are grateful that you have shared your items with us and you deserve something special in return! But if you are certain that you don't want/need your thankyou-coupon then we can add the amount to our donations tally. We use this tally to donate to our local support service providers, like Shepparton Family & Financial Services and Shepparton HeadSpace, where they are passed on to those in need.
